But in the end, hard work is the true, enduring characteristic of successful people.” Evans was the first woman to command a U.S. naval station and the individual who chaired a task force that developed a strategy to address gender-based issues in the US Navy. This week, The Women in Leadership Foundation aims to help young women across Canada find and unlock their password to success at the Toronto conference, taking place on October 6th at The Design Exchange.
