Women in Leadership Luncheon Toronto

A few weeks back, we posted a piece on the Women In Leadership (WIL) luncheon that our President, Nicole Gallucci, hosted. The passwords they shared motivated the audience to think about what passwords help unlock their own personal and professional success. We are proud to present you the recap video from the event… please check out the link below.

Leadership: We all have the Power to Lead from Within

Quarterly, BOOM! holds Book Banter, a personal & team development initiative, where the team comes together to discuss something we've read - a book, a blog, a quote - and reflect on it as a group. Now, with sessions of Book Banter that see more than 35 people, it continues to feed people's zeal for learning and promotes motivation and empowerment amongst the team.

For people that don’t understand experiential marketing, I explain how it’s somewhat similar to The Apprentice; our clients give us a challenge and it’s up to us to work with certain tools to make it happen. Each challenge is different, and sometimes stressful, but the end result is always worth it... except if you get fired, of course.

Recently thousands of people descended upon the Direct Energy Centre to check out the One-of-a-Kind Show. Being immersed in the experiential world just over a year, my eyes were open to elements I’d not appreciated before.
